Our Approach
We designed a 4-month leadership accelerator tailored to Numida's context and leadership culture. The experience blended foundational leadership tools with deep reflection, peer learning, and real-time application.
The program included:
- Group coaching sessions for 12 leaders across teams
- Modules on giving feedback, coaching, and performance conversations
- Adaptive leadership frameworks to help teams lead through uncertainty
- A focus on discussing real life challenges and stepping into leadership identity
- Role plays and structured peer consulting to make progress on real time challenges
