Our Approach
We designed a 6-month group coaching journey grounded in Corehort's core principles: peer learning, skilled facilitation, and real-world leadership challenges.
The experience included:
- Curated peer groups of 8–10 managers from across the region
- Group coaching sessions held every 3 weeks, led by a Corehort facilitator
- Real-time leadership challenges and personal growth goals brought into each session
The program began with a virtual kickoff and included intentional moments for reflection, storytelling, and peer support — helping managers feel seen, connected, and stretched.
